McCain Breakfast Blend Smoothie

This quick and delicious smoothie contains 100% of your daily recommended Vitamin C, 30% of the recommended Calcium intake per 250 ml serving and ready in under 10 minutes!
Servings:  6 - 8
Preparation Time:  7 minutes

Ingredients 

1 Old South® Calcium Rich Frozen Orange Juice concentrate
3 cans water
3 cups Fresh or Frozen assorted Berries

Directions 

  1. Mix Old South® Calcium Rich Frozen Orange Juice with water as per directions on pack.
  2. In a blender add berries and 1- 2 cups of prepared juice and blend.  Gradually continue adding the remainder of the orange juice to the berry mix (in the blender) until desired consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy!

 

Chef's note: Add a banana and/or protein powder for extra nutrients.
