Q:  What are the natural flavours that you use in your pizzas?

A:  We use natural flavours in our crust, sauce and toppings.

- We use a natural butter flavour in the pizza dough to give the dough a well-rounded, freshly baked taste.
- We use natural flavours to give complexity and depth to our pizza sauce flavours. Depending on the sauce, we use natural bacon flavour, smoke, chicken flavour, beef flavour, vegetable flavour and red wine flavour, or combinations thereof.
- We use natural flavours to give complexity and depth to our pizza flavours. These include natural milk flavour and natural sun-dried tomato flavour.  We also have natural flavour in some of our meat toppings. These include smoke flavour, maple flavour, lemon flavour and Rosemary flavour.

Q:  What are the natural colours that you use in some of your pizzas?

A:  We use caramel or a blend of caramel and annatto for natural colour in our pizza sauces and cheese to give depth to the colour of the sauce in our pizzas. Caramel is the most widely used natural colour in the food and beverage industry and is obtained from the heating and browning of sugars. Annatto has been used as a natural colour since ancient times. It is a natural golden yellow colour obtained from the seeds of the Bixa orellana tree.
